Eddy has over 30 years of accounting experience the majority of which was served in public accounting. Eddy’s industry expertise includes construction, medical and other professional services, manufacturing, finance and mineral exploration. In addition to being a licensed public accountant in Ontario, Eddy is a Certified Acceptance Agent listed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Eddy is the lead audit partner for the firm. Michael Falcone
Partner, CPA LPA
Michael graduated from the CGA program in 1992, he then articled with a CA firm in Toronto for 10 years before starting his own practice. Michael held the position of Chief Financial Officer for several companies in the Greater Toronto Area, and has served on the Board of Directors for five Condominium Corporations. One of his key specialties is real-estate, he has helped numerous clients' structure deals and assisted them in dealing with the related tax issues.
